Attacks on the USA

Sept 15th 2001! LAM has been getting flooded with mail from concerned fans around the world. Rest assured LAM is well and has not been directly affected by the attacks on the USA. Although Sean had family and friends in the area, luckily they made it out alive and well. The live band was in New York City just weeks prior to the attacks and stayed in a hotel just blocks away from the World Trade Center. LAM has a great fondness for New York City and the fans who live there and send their sympathies to those affected by these tragedies. Let's hope it all ends soon.

London After Midnight tour South America, Mexico and the USA

August 19th 2001! LAM returned from a tour which took the live band through Mexico City where LAM played to over 3000 people (a larger crowd than Peter Murphy had at the same venue prior to LAM's appearance), Santiago Chile, Buenos Aires Argentina, South Florida, Atlanta Georgia, and New York City. All the shows were packed to capacity and the live band premiered brand new songs by Sean due to be released on the new CD. The live band also appeared on Via X (the rock MTV of South America) and numerous radio interviews and press conferences. Fan meetings took place from Mexico to Florida. July 25th 2001! LAM performed to a capacity crowd at the Whisky in Hollywood California, performing several new songs. The live band now travels to Mexico, South America, Florida, Atlanta, and New York City for more concert dates. See the TOUR DATES page for details.

London After Midnight in Germany 2001

June 6th 2001!LAM returned from Germany where the live band headlined the Wave Festival in Leipzig Germany. Performing to about 8-9,000 people, LAM played new songs and old favorites. London After Midnight introduces Joe S and Eddie Hawkins to the live lineup

May 12th 2001! LAM introduces their new live drummer, Joe S. Hailing from various punk and electro projects, Joe brings a great vibe to the live sound of LAM. Joining Joe S is LAM's original live guitarist, Eddie Hawkins! Eddie played many shows with LAM in the early years of LAM's life. Photo by Cyndee.

April 10th 2001! Sean Brennan is interviewed in the current issue of Extreme Music magazine, available all over China. The magazine is not available in the USA so if you would like to order a copy you can order it directly from London After Midnight. Each issue costs (UPDATE summer 2001: sorry, SOLD OUT). The entire magazine is written in Chinese but we'll include a printout of the interview in English. It features 4 exclusive never before seen photos of Lam and a pull-out poster. A great item.
